جائزة الأمير طلال الدولية للتنمية البشرية تعلن الفائزين في مجال “الطاقة النظيفة”

أعلنت لجنة جائزة الأمير طلال الدولية للتنمية البشرية، عن فوز أربعة مشاريع رائدة للعام 2025، والبالغ قيمتها مليون دولار أمريكي، في مجال ” طاقة نظيفة وبأسعار معقولة” الهدف السابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
وجاء الإعلان خلال الاجتماع السابع والعشرين للجنة الجائزة الذي عُقد في مقر برنامج الخليج العربي للتنمية “أجفند” في الرياض، برئاسة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن طلال بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، رئيس مجلس ادارة أجفند ورئيس لجنة الجائزة، وبحضور جلالة الملكة صوفيا، عضو لجنة الجائزة والرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة الملكة صوفيا الخيرية والرئيس الشرفي للمجلس الملكي للتعليم ورعاية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، الى جانب اعضاء اللجنة والتي تضم بعضويتها مرسيدس مينافرا، السيدة الأولى سابقاً لجمهورية الأرغواي والرئيس الشرفي لمنظمة الجميع من أجل الأرغواي، والدكتور يوسف سيد عبدالله المدير العام لصندوق الأوبك للتنمية الدولية سابقاً.
وجرى اختيار المشاريع الفائزة من بين 160 مشروعاً تم ترشيحها للجائزة في فروعها الأربعة، تأهل منها للتحكيم 64 مشروعاً مستوفياً للشروط، حيث جاءت المشاريع الفائزة على النحو التالي:
1) فاز مشروع ” أنظمة امدادات المياه المجتمعية القادرة على الصمود في مواجهة تغير المناخ في ميانمار ” والمنفذ من قبل اليونيسف في ميانمار، بجائزة الفرع الأول المخصص لمشاريع المنظمات الأممية والدولية والإقليمية، والبالغ قيمتها 400 ألف دولار.
2) كما فاز مشروع ” بناء القدرات والهياكل لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام والإدارة المجتمعية للنزاعات بما يعزز قدرة النازحين داخليًا المتأثرين بالنزاعات والمجتمعات المستضيفة من الرعاة والمزارعين على الصمود”، المنفذ من قبل منظمة المساعدة للسلام والتنمية في كينيا والصومال بجائزة الفرع الثاني المخصص لمشاريع الجمعيات الأهليـة الوطنية، والبالغ قيمتها 300 ألف دولار.
3) أما للفرع الثالث والمخصص لمشاريع الجهات الحكومية والوزارات، والمؤسسات العامة، ومؤسسات الأعمال الاجتماعية، ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص الموجهة لدعم القطاع الاجتماعي، والبالغ قيمتها 200 ألف دولار، فقد حصل مشروع “Bio-360: حل قائم على الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحويل النفايات إلى وقود حيوي”، والمنفذ من قبل مختبرات دي- أوليفيت في نيجيريا.
4) وفاز مشروع ”توسيع خدمات الري بالطاقة الشمسية والاستشارات الزراعية الذكية مناخياً لتحسين سبل عيش صغار المزارعين”، والمنفذ من شركة أورجا لحلول التنمية الهند الخاصة المحدودة في الهند، بجائزة الفرع الرابع المخصص للمشاريع التي مولها أو نفذها أفراد، والبالغ قيمتها 100 ألف دولار.
ومنذ انطلاق مسيرتها عام 1999 وحتى العام 2025، كرمت جائزة الأمير طلال الدولية للتنمية البشرية 95 مشروعاً فائزاً؛ لتواصل دورها في دعم المبادرات التنموية المبتكرة وتحفيز الحلول المستدامة عالمياً.
كما أكد سموه: ” أن هذه الأرقام تتجاوز كونها مجرد إحصاءات، فهي تعكس شغف الإنسان ببناء حياة أفضل، وإيمانه بأن الابتكار هو السبيل إلى إحداث تغيير حقيقي في حياة المجتمعات. ومن جانب آخر، فإنها تؤكد المكانة الدولية الراسخة التي وصلت إليها جائزة الأمير طلال الدولية للتنمية البشرية، وما تتمتع به من مصداقية وسمعة رفيعة، وما تتركه من أثر تنموي ملموس في المجتمعات الأكثر احتياجًا، دون تمييز.”
كما أعلنت اللجنة اختيار الهدف الثالث من أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2030 “الصحة الجيدة والرفاه” موضوعاً للجائزة لعام 2026، والذي يدعو إلى ضمان حياة صحية وتعزيز الرفاهية للجميع في جميع الأعمار.

Prince Talal international Prize announces 4 winning projects in Affordable and Clean Energy
The Prince Talal International Prize for Human Development Committee has announced the four winning projects for the 2025 Prize, with a financial reward of USD1 million awarded by AGFUND, under the theme “Affordable and Clean Energy” the sustainable development goal 7.
The winning projects were announced during the 27th Meeting of the Prize Committee, held at AGFUND headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting was chaired by HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of AGFUND’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Prize Committee, and brought together Committee members including Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain, Executive President of the Queen Sofia Foundation and Honorary President of the Royal Board on Education and Care of Handicapped Persons; Mrs. Mercedes Menafra, Former First Lady of Uruguay and the President of Honor of Todos Por Uruguay; and Dr. Yusuf Sayed Abdullah, the former Director General of the OPEC Fund for International Development.
In total of 160 projects were nominated for this year’s Prize. Out of this number, 64 qualified projects met the Prize criteria. The winning projects are as follows:
The winning project for the first category, which is specified for projects implemented by UN agencies or international and regional NGOs, is “Climate-resilient, Community-led Water Supply Systems In Myanmar”, implemented by UNICEF in Myanmar.
The winning project for the second category, which specifies projects implemented by national NGOs, is “Capacity and Structure Building for Sustainable Food Security and Community-Based Conflict Management to Strengthen Resilience of Conflict-Affected Agro-Pastoral IDPs and Host Communities” implemented by Nomadic Assistance for Peace and Development (NAPAD) in Kenya, Somalia.
For the third category, which designates projects implemented by governmental bodies (ministries and public institutions) or social business enterprises, the winning project is “The Bio-360: Waste-to-Biofuel AI-Solution ”, implemented by D-Olivette Labs in Nigeria.
Lastly, the fourth category, which is specified as projects initiated, funded and/or implemented by individuals, the winning project is “Scaling solar Irrigation-as-a-Service and climate-smart farming advisory to transform smallholder livelihoods”, implemented by Oorja Development Solutions India Private Limited in India.
Since its establishment in 1999, the Prince Talal International Prize for Human Development has recognized 95 winning projects, celebrating innovative initiatives that contribute to advancing sustainable development and promoting excellence in development practices.
HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal, emphasized: “These figures represent far more than statistics. They reflect a growing global commitment to innovation as a driving force for sustainable development. They also stand as a testament to the credibility, integrity, and international standing that the Prize has earned over nearly three decades.”
Furthermore, the Prize committee chose the theme “Good Health and Well-being” that reflects the Goal SDG3 to be the prize subject for the year 2026, which aims to Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all age.
